ear infections
community-acquired pneumonia
infected throat or tonsils - Azithromycin should not be taken by people who : have cystic fibrosis
have hospital acquired infections
have known or suspected bacteria in the blood
need to be in the hospital
are elderly
have any medical problems that can lower the ability of the immune system to fight infections
