All medicines are sourced directly from pharmaceutical manufacturers in India to ensure authenticity, and we only use manufacturers who have US FDA cGMP (current good manufacturing practice) certification. Additionally, more and more manufacturers in India are now providing QR Codes on their bottles that can be scanned with a smartphone to verify the authenticity of the product.

We require a doctor’s prescription to ship medication to all countries. If you don’t have a prescription, we may be able to help you get one online, please click here for details about our prescription service, it costs $10 USD (it’s free of charge if you have a photo of your used medication bottle/pack with your information clearly printed on it). You will be asked to upload a copy of your prescription (or a photo of your used medication bottle/pack) on the checkout page. We ship the vast majority of medicines using FedEx or DHL Express, and delivery takes 4 to 5 days after payment completion. USPS/EMS is used to ship very few medicines, and in this case, delivery takes 8 to 15 days.

Yes, we offer 100% money back delivery guarantee on all orders placed on FixRx. If your medication package fails to be delivered due to no fault of your own, we will send you a substitute package absolutely free, or you will receive 100% refund of your payment. We accept Local bank transfers (within the USA, UK, Switzerland, EU, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore) & Bank wire transfers (from any country) & Bitcoin. Yes, we deliver to all states in the US with full money back delivery guarantee. Delivery takes just 5 days from the date payment is received, and the cost is $29 USD for up to 6 bottles/boxes of medication.

We can deliver all medicines with full delivery guarantee to Switzerland, UK, France, Greece, Bulgaria, Romania, and Malta. For all other European countries, we can only deliver medications in the customer’s name to any DHL service point in the United Kingdom. The customer will receive a DHL tracking number, and after the package is delivered to the DHL service point, he will have to take a quick trip to the UK to pick up the medication. We use Express Mail only, and the cost is $29 USD to the vast majority of countries.

Yes, you will receive by email a tracking number and a link to the shipping company’s tracking webpage within 2 business days after payment completion. You’ll also be able to check your order’s tracking information when you log into your account page on the FixRx site.

All the medicines we supply will have at least 6 months until expiration (typically 1 to 2 years) when you receive them.

The order limit is 6 months worth of treatment, this usually translates into 6 bottles/boxes of medication that you can purchase per order. Please note that since almost all countries allow a maximum of 3 months worth of treatment per package, if you order more than 3 months worth of treatment, we will ship your order over 2 packages with a 2 weeks wait time between them, and you will be charged shipping for one package only.

We source our generic medications from Indian companies with US FDA cGMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) or EU GMP or WHO GMP certification only. This certification means that these companies are authorized by the US FDA or the EMA to sell their generic medications in the United States or the EU. We do not supply any medication produced by companies who do not have this certification.

Within 48 hours of payment completion, you will be provided with  a tracking number to follow the progress of your shipment until it’s delivered.

Yes, you will receive an invoice by email.

Medicines are exempt from import duties (e.g. VAT) in the majority of countries, however very few countries (such as the UK and Romania) sometimes impose a typically small amount, and you’re responsible for paying it if you live in these countries.
